Myself and my wife have lived in 32 Mowatt Close for the past ten years.

We absolutely love our place. It is bright and airy and is the perfect place to raise children. We have three bedrooms and a large balcony area with lots of local parks which have been amazing for kids. We have often entertained friends and family in our house due to the large kitchen/dining area as well as spacious lounge. A real important thing for us is that we are under 10 minutes from Archway Tube and only 5 minutes from the Upper Holloway over ground station which has been great for our jobs in the city.

It is also amazing to see how archway has evolved over the past five years. We now have an abundance of coffee shops within 5 minutes walking distance. With local farmer's markets and creative hubs popping up it has really enabled us to live the lifestyle that we want in the area. Most weekends involve us doing morning Yoga in nearby Tufnell Park and then going for brunch in our favourite coffee shop in Archway. On a sunny day we wander up to Highgate and take a walk in our favourite spot - Waterlow Park.

We love the area so much that we are moving a few streets away for more space but keeping the same lifestyle and local friends. We are really sad to leave a home that we love and have cared for over the years. Hopefully we can another person or family that will equally be blessed by this property.
